Eau De Daveen is a taming mark used for Garme, but it can only be accuired by an achievement called "Garme The Untamable" in which you have to fail to tame Garme 10 times.
Eau De Daveen has a 100% chance of taming Garme. Not to confusion with Daveen's Perfume, which is craftable but has a chance of failure to tame Garme
