Daily quests are offered by npcs or on mission boards and all are marked with a floating green exclamation point (
).
There are some daily quests that reward Elluns. However, only the highest two zones will allow a character to do those particular quests, since the lower zones will remove the ellun quests from the boards. For example, as a level 40 character, only daily ellun quests from Parna's Coast and Tritael Rift zones are available.

There are two npcs (Kau'khan and Cindy) who each offer a daily quest at Silverwhite Valley in the Parna's Coast region. These quests are for the two different camps in the area, one for the Crokhoons (Big Snow Camp) and one for the humans (Icebreaker Camp). Each of those camps offer two quests. As with all daily quests, you must have completed the connected story and side quests for these to be offered by the npcs. These two quests also reward materials for crafting familiar taming marks.
